Q. I am having a themed wedding and have an invitation idea in mind but haven't seen what anything I like anywhere. Can you help me?

Q. I can't find the item I am looking for on your website.
A. At Paper Perfect we regularly update our website however on occasion we may have an item available that doesn't appear online. Just email us your request and we will take it from there.

Q. What sizes are your papers?
A. All of our specialty paper and card are A4 unless otherwise noted.

Q. I like one of your designs but I want to add a ribbon, is this possible?
A. Yes in most cases we can make changes to designs to suit you. We can change colours, trims and fonts for most designs.

Q. When should I send my Invitations?
A. Usually Brides-to-Be post invitations 6-8 weeks before their wedding date. However if your Wedding will occur in a peak holiday season such as Easter, or some of your guests are travelling from overseas you might like to consider a Save the Date Card. Save the Date Cards can be posted months in advance to enable your guests to set aside time and make travel plans. It also creates anticipation of your upcoming wedding. Some Brides like to begin a design theme with Save the Date Cards and carry the theme throughout the wedding stationery. Others prefer something simpler. Either way Paper Perfect can print these Cards for you.

Q. How long does it take to complete my printed invitations?
A. 4 working days from receipt of your order we will email you a wording design for your approval. We will also email you a spreadsheet to enable you to insert your guest details if applicable. Once you have given final approval to print we will complete your invitations and dispatch them by post (unless previously advised otherwise) 7 working days later. We then email you to confirm dispatch. In the unlikely event that we are unable to adhere to these time frames, perhaps due to stock unavailability we will keep you informed at all times.

Q. I am considering making my own Wedding Invitations do you have any advice?
A. At Paper Perfect we offer only very basic advice to DIY customers such as 'ensure that you use a laser printer with metallic papers'. Or how much glue you may need to buy. We do not supply templates or measurements. Printer capabilities and personal abilities vary greatly so we suggest that you purchase a small amount of your preferred stock and have a trial run. You can always ask Paper Perfect to supply a quote for us to complete your invitations. Some Brides love this type of project while most find it stressful at a time when they have plenty of other aspects of their wedding to plan. Many Brides tell us that once they calculated how much they would have to spend to buy extra consumable items and equipment they preferred we completed their order. 
The ball is in your court Paper Perfect can help either way. If you do decide to make your invitations at home the best advice we can give is to allow yourself plenty of time and above all try to enjoy the project.

Q. I have just ordered a guest book. When will I receive it?
A. Most stock only items are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order, many are sent same day. We will email dispatch confirmation to you. However if there is a likely to be a delay we will advise you by email and keep you informed. Paper Perfect is not responsible for any delays experienced once your order has been dispatched.
